QBurst Strengthens North America Leadership with Sunil Talreja
Sunil Talreja has joined QBurst as North America Markets Leader for Digital Experience & Platforms, strengthening the company’s growth leadership across one of its most strategic markets.
In this role, Sunil will lead QBurst’s North America growth agenda across Digital Experience, Engineering, Platforms, and Digital Marketing. He will provide senior client-facing leadership across the solutions portfolio, drive go-to-market execution, accelerate momentum for the new logo, and partner closely with service line and delivery leaders to shape value-led client outcomes.
With more than 25 years of experience, Sunil brings deep expertise in digital engineering and modernization, AI-enabled transformation, cloud-native platforms, and modern SRE-driven digital operations. He is recognized as a builder-leader who develops high-performing teams and accelerates customer-centric digital growth.
Before joining QBurst, Sunil held senior leadership roles at Capgemini, leading high-growth consulting and technology services businesses across healthcare, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. As Vice President and Division Leader, he was responsible for strategy, P&L, and client success, and led large-scale modernization programs in close partnership with C-suite stakeholders. Earlier, he held a leadership role at Accenture, where he built and scaled digital transformation initiatives, enterprise platforms, and governance-driven delivery models.

Sunil holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bombay.
