QBurst Salesforce CoE Meet 2023

Salesforce specialists from QBurst centers across India convened in Cochin for a one-day consultation and interaction on February 3, 2023.

The meet featured sessions on practice updates, the latest trends, and the potential next steps for the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). The sessions were led by Prabhu C and Nevil Jose, Senior Architects, and Jimmy Kappen, Vice President of Service Delivery. 

In his session, Prabhu provided an overview of the company’s strengths and resource certifications. He brought the participants up to speed on the PoCs developed by QBurst as well as the engagement models, training, upskilling, and cross-training methods used by the company. He also discussed the growing preference for point-and-click development and how our experts can leverage no-code development and intelligent automation to satisfy this demand.

In the subsequent session, Jimmy discussed the importance of creating autonomous teams and extensively leveraging QBurst’s Salesforce capabilities. He also underlined the importance of lifelong learning and urged the members to continuously update themselves with the latest developments in technology. 

In the final session on the next steps for Salesforce CoE, Nevil stressed the importance of trying out new features, the latest trends, and tools and also acquiring more product-specific certifications. The Senior Architects and Presales anchors will attend Dreamforce, the global Salesforce event, to learn more about the latest products and cutting-edge technologies, and to network with other Salesforce experts.

Video messages from QBurst’s chief executives Prathapan Sethu, Ansar Shihabudeen, and Binu Dasappan were shared at the meet. In his message, Prathapan shared his vision of QBurst becoming a boutique Salesforce partner for clients with the knowledge and expertise to guide their decisions and implementation needs. Ansar pointed out how Salesforce could become a strategic unit within QBurst, capable of handling high-volume projects. Binu praised the team’s quality delivery and urged them to strengthen the Salesforce offerings in line with the growing demand for services. 

Towards the end of the meet, the project leads introduced their team members to the audience and briefed the members on the projects they are working on.

The day-long event held at Ramada by Wyndham in Cochin wrapped up with fun team-building activities.
