Atin Kulkarni to Drive Marketing and CX Solutions at QBurst

September 11, 2025

QBurst has appointed Atin Kulkarni as Senior Advisor and Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives across Digital Marketing and Retail/Customer Experience Solutions, and also drive Marketing & External Communications initiatives.

Atin brings more than 20 years of expertise at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics. He has held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, GSK, Match.com, and Reliant Energy (NRG), where he led large-scale marketing and commercial transformation initiatives that redefined customer engagement and delivered measurable impact.

Most recently, as Vice President of Customer Experience at GSK, Atin strengthened global marketing and commercial functions by embedding AI and analytics into decision-making and execution.

At PepsiCo, as Global Head of Media, Marketing & Commercial Capabilities, he architected an award-winning marketing analytics engine, integrating 1P-3P data with consumer journey insights to achieve personalization at scale and double-digit ROI improvements. He also introduced AI-powered tools for media and creative optimization, and forged strategic partnerships with Meta, Google, and Amazon to extend commercial impact.

Earlier in his career, Atin spent nearly a decade at Cognizant following its acquisition of MarketRx, a fast-growing analytics startup where he was among the early team members. At Cognizant, he was instrumental in building enterprise analytics services, managing P&L for the Chicago regional office, and leading multi-year engagements with top global pharmaceutical clients.

Commenting on the appointment, Arun “Rak” Ramchandran, CEO of QBurst, said: “Atin has a rare ability to connect marketing, technology, and business outcomes. His track record in building digital marketing ecosystems and customer experience platforms aligns directly with our mission to deliver delightful digital experiences to our clients, and help them grow, innovate, and modernize in the AI-first era.”

Sharing his perspective, Atin Kulkarni said: “QBurst’s reputation for engineering excellence and customer-first thinking makes it a unique platform for innovation. I look forward to collaborating with the leadership team to build solutions that bring measurable value to clients, especially in areas where marketing, data, and AI converge to reshape customer experience.”

Atin is an alumnus of the University of Toronto and IIT Bombay.
