    QBurst has recently developed a mobile application specifically for RVs, backpackers, snipers and anyone who need to locate camping spots. QCamper is available for Windows Phone users. Once downloaded and installed in your phone, the app can be used to get information on camp sites anywhere in US and Canada. It uses Windows Phone GPS to locate spots available closer to the location of the user along with directions to reach the spot using Bing Map location service. A brief description on the camp site with pictures and the amenities available in the spot are also displayed. In addition to search based on locations, the user will be able to search for camping sites based on amenities that the camping spots profess to have. The application is now available on Marketplace.

  • DMCC welcomes QBurst as CMS Design and Development Partner

    A Dubai government initiative, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), has signed a deal with QBurst for designing and development of a Content Managed Solution to power all its Business Authority websites. A second phase involves the design and development of a Community Portal on the same technology platform for the Jumeirah Lake Tower Community. DMCC was created to establish a commodities market place and facilitate commodity trade flow via Dubai by providing a free zone business environment and state of the art facilities to its member companies. DMCC is a free-zone authority that offers 100% business ownership. QBurst will be responsible for the architectural design, implementation and development work for the new Business Authority websites. The first phase of the project is nearing completion and DMCC intends to go-live with the Business Authority sites in January 2011.  In Phase 2, QBurst will work closely with the Free Zone and Property Management teams to implement the JLT Community Portal, a collaborative and B2C Services Portal to be used by all commercial and residential property owners in Jumeirah Lake Towers.
